Well, here we are winding down on EDUC 553. Once this course is over, I will have completed my requirements for my Instructional Technology certificate portion of my Masters. It's a nice feeling. :-)
My assignments have gone smooth. I am feeling good about things. The class Wiki assignment that has been posted now is all new to me. I love that a week ago I didn't know what a wiki was. I requested access to our class wiki. I am hoping to get that clearance quickly so that I can take a look at what this assignment is all about.
I am excited about our curriculum units. Thank you Deb and Jill for your feedback. It is so nice to get compliments on something I was once feeling so unsure about. I think it turned out pretty good. It feels good to have that assignment pretty much completed. It was quite a project. I like how it all built up to the ending project. I really learned a lot in this course. I love new teaching tools!

. . . and the learning continues (Week5 Post)
Well, I have to say. . . YEAH ME! I am pretty impressed with the new tools I have explored and mastered. At the start of this course, I looked at the creating of a website as a task that was going to cause much stress. I saw the tools listed (Web Poster Wizard, Rubistar, TrackStar, Prezi) and felt intimidated by the unfamiliarity. I am amazed at how easily it all came together. As I took things one step at a time, I felt my confidence building. I am very excited about the knowledge I have gained with this course.
In speaking with other students, I think we have surprised ourselves. We all deserve a pat on the back for the progress we have made. I haven't seen a bad site! Everyone seems to be moving forward and improving skills. I love looking to other student sites for ideas. Thanks for the support guys!
YEAH US!! :-)
